Our Special Fundraising Cruise-In with Former Atlanta Braves pitcher Mark Wohlers ended up being a great success despite the rain that started around 5PM We at least got two good hours in and had a great showing of Mark's fans. Here is the Facebook post:
Another "SAVE" for Mark Wohlers!
Despite the threat and forecast of rain, Mark Wohlers was a huge contribution for our Special Fundraiser Cruise In to support our club's charity, "Every Kid Deserves a Christmas"! We appreciate all his fans who showed up and who were "VERY GENEROUS" with their donations.
Mark Wohlers was presented a Custom made, one of a kind trophy made by our club members, Bill Piland, Steve Ard, Bob Alo, Cecil Smith designed by our Key designer, James Bruley.
A big "Thank You" to our car enthusiasts who also attended and brought their awesome cars despite the weather. We were lucky to get a good two hours in before the rain came. Our car attendees are ALWAYS VERY MUCH APPRECIATED!
